- RIGHT TO OBJECT : You have a right, at any time, to object to our processing of your personal data under certain circumstances. You have an absolute right to object to us processing your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing.
- RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY : You have a right to request us to provide you with a copy of your personal data in electronic format and you can transmit that personal data for using another third-party's product/service.
- RIGHT NOT TO BE SUBJECT TO AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING : You have a right to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated decision making, including profiling.
- RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT : You can withdraw your consent for Libra to process your sensitive personal data at any time. Once you withdraw consent, we will stop using your data for the purpose originally agreed upon, unless there's a legal reason for continued processing (like a court order). Data Protection Officer (DPO)
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Libra AI has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee our data protection strategy and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
The DPO is responsible for:
- Monitoring compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws across our Services, including all AI-powered tools, third-party integrations (such as Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, Slack, and Linear), and data processing activities.
- Advising Libra AI on data protection obligations, including those related to AI input/output data processing and cross-platform data access.
- Acting as the point of contact for data subjects wishing to exercise their rights under Section 7 of this Policy, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, and data portability.
- Serving as the liaison with supervisory authorities on matters relating to data processing.
- Conducting and overseeing Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) where required, particularly for new features involving personal data processing.

Google User Data
When you connect your Google account with Libra AI, we may request access to certain Google data, such as your Drive files, Gmail metadata, or other Workspace information, strictly for the purpose of providing you with our services.
We strictly adhere to the following practices in line with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
Limited Use:
We only access and use your Google data to deliver and improve specific features you have explicitly authorized.
No Offline Access:
We do not access your Google data when you are not actively using our services.
No Data Sharing:
We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google data to any third party, except as required to operate our services or comply with legal obligations.
No Data Storage:
We do not permanently store your Google data. Temporary access or storage (e.g., for indexing or real-time search functionality) is securely handled and deleted after use.

AI & ML Data Use Disclosure
We do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine learning models. This includes all data accessed from Google Drive, Gmail, and other Workspace services.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
